The machine contains a bottom cylinder for tool holding and safety. The machine constitutes of grounded ‘T’ slot bed with two side solid guide pillars. This machine is advantageous than other type of machines. Velan Engineering also manufactures Horizontal Broaching, Hand lever / Push Button operated Broaching as per the customer needs.

Pressure Testing Machine

Velan Engineering manufactures various types, models of Pressure Testing Machine based on Hydraulic and Pneumatics as per the customer requirement. Pressure Testing Machine are designed to offer quickest and reliable solution for checking the cracks, blow hole leakages and to check the withstanding pressure of valves & pump components, aluminum & plastic components and other types of components where pressure checks are must in the industry. The design of the machine depends on the testing component with single station or multi station; it can be automatic or semi automatic. The testing component is closed by using hydraulic system and the pressure is developed by using pressure pump or hydro pneumatic pump. The system is comprised of hydraulic clamping unit, pressure pump unit and fully automatic electrical control unit.

Areca nut leaf plates and cups are bio degradable and are not harmful to the environment and the mother Earth. There is a great demand in those countries like Japan, USA, Malaysia, UK and many where the government is conscious about the usage of non-polluting, bio-degradable disposable items. The investment for raw materials is extremely low and its easy availability in India (Eastern and Southern India) and abroad where Areca nut/ Beetle nut is widely produced, makes this business profitable. The plates and cups are widely used in hotel industry, temples and railways in our country and abroad.

VELAN ENGINEERING designed and manufactured special type two in one model Hydraulic Areca nut leaf cup and plate making machine. Our Hydraulic operated foot lever controlled machine is robustic and is very easy to operate by unskilled labors, even ladies can operate without strain. Compared to manual machines it gives better finished products and also the production capacity is higher than the manual one. The machine is operated by 1 HP, 3 Phase, 1440 rpm electric motor. The moulds (die) we provide with the machine are made of aluminum for easy transfer of heat. Special type imported blade and heaters are used for better cutting and quick heating. Different shapes can be easily obtained by changing the moulds easily.
